Sending proposals for events
The organizing assembly is in the process of structuring the festival program (Thursday 15 May to Sunday 18 May) with our main concern being to include as many presentations and workshops as possible, but also to allow enough time for profound discussion in every topic.
The final programme will be ready and will be announced at the end of March 2025 – please send us your proposals by then at the latest (letting us also know when you plan to arrive to Thessaloniki).
Hospitality
Hospitality will be available at the festival venues and other nearby venues. Unfortunately hospitality places are limited so comrades in need of hospitality should contact us in time (letting us also know when you plan to arrive to Thessaloniki) – the rest should look for accommodation in rented places (we could offer some proposals).
There will also be collective (vegan) kitchen.

Travelling by Plane
If you plan to come by plane, Thessaloniki’s Airport (SKG) is connected to many cities across Europe and the Balkans.
Getting to the city from the Airport
- Bus: The No. 01X (day) and 01N (night) buses connect the airport to the city center. Tickets cost €2, and the ride takes ~40 minutes.
- Taxi: Taxis are available 24/7, with fares ranging between €25–€30 to the city center.
Travelling by Train
After the Train crash at Tempi in 2023 (Tempi train crash – Wikipedia) where two trains collided, we boycott train travel in Greece as a protest against prioritizing profit over human lives. You are advised to choose one of the other options mentioned above.
